Cancellation Policy
BOOKING SECURITY A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure online appointments, with the balance due on the appointment day. Payments can be made via Wix, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Visa, and Mastercard. Cancellation policy details are provided below. IN-HOME TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS In-home travel appointments are available Monday through Friday, and Sunday. Saturday appointments are reserved for groups of two or more and bridal parties. TRAVEL FEE A minimum travel fee of $20.00 applies for services within Gainesville, FL. Services outside the state may incur additional long-distance travel fees. DESTINATION WEDDINGS Standard rates apply for bridal services, excluding all travel, lodging, and meal expenses, which must be covered by the client. PARKING FEES Any parking fees incurred will be added to the total service cost. OFF-HOURS APPOINTMENTS Appointments before or after regular hours are available by request, including a $30.00 service charge. CANCELLATION POLICIES Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email, text, or phone to receive a deposit refund. To reschedule, visit the online booking site or contact glambydilliana@outlook.com. No-shows will lose their deposit and must prepay in full for future appointments.
